Experienced in Claims Consultancy and Forensic Analysis; Change Management and Contract Administration, Project Management, Project Controls, Project Planning, Tendering through to Completion and Close Out.

Experience includes claim and project statistical analysis, cause and effect studies, impact analysis, with recent direct involvement to Billion-dollar evaluations/ justification/ entitlements of significant Major Claims by Contractors. Change Management execution & consequential effect. 

Proficient with hands-on experience in Claims Analysis, Contract Administration, Project Management, Project Controls.  Project value(s) have ranged $USD20 Million to $USD60 Billion with multinational man-power of 65000+ and man-hour content upwards of 350 Million man-hours.

Extensive experience of Construction projects, covering many different areas; Oil & Gas, Petro-Chemical Process Plants, Power & Energy, but also including Pipeline Installation above and below ground; Utilities and Site Support Buildings, Water Transfer & Treatment Plants and Infrastructure.

Particular knowledge of Modular Construction Techniques (MCT), combined with the complex Logistics needed by distance modular construction at several locations worldwide. MCT covering Gorgon & BHP HBI plants in Western Australia and Cabinda in Angola. Extensive skills in Construction work for all disciplines; Civil, Piping, Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation.
