I have worked in the Oil and Gas/Petrochemical industry since 1967 and have

specific work experience on large oil and gas projects both Onshore and Offshore, involved in project control work on design, procurement, onshore fabrication, onshore commissioning and offshore installation, hook up and commissioning.

Some of the specific project control duties I have undertaken have involved;

• Review of contractors cost and schedule data to verify that it fits with client needs and overall aims.
• Manage/produce the Project Weekly/Monthly Report
• Manage/prepare the project plan
• Assisted with the management and preparation of the project budget
• Assisted with the management of the project cost control system and aligned same with the project accounting system.
• Assisted with the management of the project change control system
• Assisted with the preparation and review of project cost estimates.
• Preparation and review of schedule and assisted with schedule/cost risk analyses.
• Prepare presentations to senior management on project controls issues
• Development of Project Management Procedures
