More than 6 years of solid experience in Project Planning & Scheduling, Field Monitoring, Cost Control, Progress Reporting involving all field discipline (Mechanical, Piping, Civil & Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation) in Oil and Gas Projects (Industrial, Oil / Gas Field, Oil Offshore Modules Commissioning, Offshore Jacket / Piping & Structural Fabrication) within Caspian Region.<?xml:namespace prefix = o />

• Set-up project-specific project control procedures to support Client’s requirements involving project planning / scheduling, progress / quantity measurement, and monthly billing preparations.
• Preparation of Resource Utilization Projections for management decision-making purposes.
• Establish and manage effectively a planning and progress control system in order to support the Project Manager’s decision-making process and allow him to complete the project according to the internal baselines and in compliance with the contractual dates and requirements.
• Ensure any deviation from plan is promptly spotted and analyzed, final time impact is estimated and the effect of corrective actions taken is monitored.
• Create a schedule awareness atmosphere among project participants.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structure, with the object of dividing project work into manageable parts, in consultation with Project Manager, Contracts, Cost Control, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Construction as appropriate.
