Paul is an experienced Programme Leadership professional who specialises in large capital delivery programmes and has a passion for promoting Programme Management and Control, the necessary techniques and tools, but mainly developing the approach further by improving the quality of the people and processes. 

During his career of over 30 years he has worked in various industry sectors including Construction, Nuclear, Telecommunications and Water and has a reputation from being at the cutting edge of innovation in the programme management and controls sector.

Currently he lectures on an annual basis at Birmingham University on Earned Value Management. He also has presented at many leading industry conventions through-out UK and Europe on various Programme, Project Management and Project Control subjects. 

He is a Chartered Manager and an Incorporated Engineer with sSpecialties in :Programme Management Processes , Delivery Business Integration, Planning and Scheduling, Risk Management, Change Control, Cost Control, Resource Management.
