Ian has 15years experience in project planning / project controls and 25years in the rail sector. He has the ability to communicate at all levels and has the skill set to both mentor & manage planning teams that deliver. He has a solid understanding of CPI & SPI, earned value techniques and analysis. Latterly analysing existing reporting, re-structuring and successfully implementing a suite of reporting tools.
