I have over 18 yrs Project / Programme Controls experience within a number of sectors, to name a few - Rail, Metro, Trams, Water, Telecoms, Retail, Banking, Roads, Building, Civils, Enhancements. With both Programme Management and Consultancy Experience, having worked on both the Client and Contractor sides of the tables on multi-million pound projects.

Ranging from Government, Contractors, Consultants, Train Operating Companies, Travelling Public, Local Residents, Media Groups, Members of Parliament, Department for Transport, Project Management Teams,etc.

* Implementation of Robust Change Control

* Cost, Budget and Authority Management across over 1000 projects (current role ranging from Enhancements, Buildings, Civils, Electrification, Plant, Asset Protection, Commercial Property, Asset Management)

* Implementation and Programme Controls processes, systems, procedures across multiple sectors of industry

* Reporting to multiple stakehoholders - internal and external bodies

* Government driven milestone monitoring and review

* Contingency Management

* QRA Assessments to identify and quantify risks and values

* P3e Planning - standardising these across my teams to establish a shared resource pool.
