Project Description– Renovation of Champion Oil field Facilities to increase the ultimate recovery (26 MMm3 by 2037) of oil through water flooding.  

Major Scope– Drilling over 130 new wells, Construct of nine new Offshore Wellhead Platforms, one Auxiliary & one Production platform, Power Generation Plant, Water Plant, Renovation of existing platforms, Pipelines / Umbilicals installation.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of complete planning package for individual Projects this includes Level III Control Schedules, Level II Management Schedule, and Integrated Level- II Project schedule.
• Prepare Phase end review Packages & obtain formal approval for Project successive phases.

Responsibilities

• Contribute in formulation of RasGas Long Term EPCm Contract.  Develop & implement Project Control Manuals / Procedures. Formulation of KPI for EPCm Contract.
• Prepare Service Proposal for individual Projects under EPCm Contract (incld. Project Execution Plan, Lev-2 Schedule, Cost Time Resources (CTR), and Estimate Cost etc.), Attend post bid clarification meeting with Client, Assist Client on Service Order development.
