Specialized in Planning, Scheduling & Project Controls /Plant Maintenance/ Project Management for E P I C / P M C Projects in Oil & Gas , Construction of Power Plants, Petro Chemicals, Refineries, Switchgears & Substations and other infrastructures related to Oil & Gas Industry located in India, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, South Korea and Nigeria. Having Hands on Experience in Plant Turn around / Shut Downs of Maintenance works in Oil Refineries, Gas Plants, and Other Petrochemical Plants

Skills/ Responsibilities handled: 

§  Development and implementation of Project specific procedures and process for Planning, Scheduling, Cost and Project Controls.

§  Effective & successful administration of Project Planning/ Schedules / Cost and Project Control reports using Primavera P6 or Ms Project software /Ms-Office tools as per company requirement.

§  Superior & full scale practical experience & knowledge within Planning, cost and Project controls in the Oil & Gas Industry

§  Leading large Project controls team includes Contract Planners /schedulers /Contract Engineers / contract administrators and establish good relationship and be good guidance to the team for the successful completion of the Project.

§  Overseeing the team and provide necessary training and coaching on project specific requirements for successful of project.  Interface with Engineering/PMT/Operations and any stock holders in the development of Planning Procedures and Tools, Integrated Master schedules, ProjectRisk Analysis, Costcontrol and Monitoring process.

§    Participated in the recruitment of Planning / Project control personnel in line with project specific requirements.
