CONSULTANT PLANNING ENGINEER
1. Prepare Delay analysis reports and forward it to the project parties
2. Study the Contractor extension of time claims and report to the client the appropriate recommendations

2. Prepare the claims and additional work submittal with the justifications, contractual situation, additional quantities, unit rates, and back documents and correspondences.
3. Discuss the claims and additional work submittal with the client to gain approval.
4. Follow up the situation of the claims and additional work submittal and payments.
5. Make a log for the claims and additional works that include all the vital information to achieve updated tracking.
6. Prepare the financial report to company managements.
7. Prepare the subcontracts for the subcontractors.
8. Track the subcontract contractual requirement i.e. letter of credits, insurance policies, advanced payment guarantee, performance bond, and payment terms.
9. Advice the account department of contractual aspect related to letter of credits.
10. Determine the contractual position of specific subject and prepare the contractual reply letters to the client and the subcontractor.
11. Prepare the insurance claims to the client and insurance company. Discuss the submittal with the insurance company representative and finalize the insurance claim.
12. Prepare and coordinate the project payment application, certification, and payment with the Client.
13. Prepare and coordinate the subcontractor payment application, and certification.
14. Coordinate the training program to the client staff with the suppliers and subcontractor. Prepare the training schedule and updates.

PLANNING MANAGER, SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER
1. Prepare Delay analysis reports and forward it to the project parties
2. Develop construction schedule for construction projects (civil, architectural, conveying, mechanical, electrical, instrumentations).
3. Coordinate the construction activities with all other concerned parties, such as within the company, other main contractors, subcontractors, Client representative agencies.
4. Prepare and submit the construction schedule in accordance to client contractual requirements.
5. Study of client comments given on the construction schedule submittal, discuss with Client representative, and suitably amend the construction schedule until the Client approval is obtained.
6. Coordinate and assist other company staff (Quantity Surveyor and Project Engineers) to develop the Cost Loading and Weighted percentage of cost for each activity.
7. Coordinate and assist Project Engineers to develop the Resource Loading for each activity.
8. Perform and coordinate the Updates for the Construction Schedule with the Project Engineers and Quantity Surveyor.
9. Perform and coordinate the required revisions for the Construction Schedule with the concerned parties.
10. Attend meeting relevant to construction schedule.
11. Generate Progress Curves and other Reports related to project progress.
12. Track the actual progress on Site and identify the problem /critical areas.
13. Inform the client and company staff of the problem/critical areas and the suggested corrective action.
14. Prepare the Look Ahead Schedule.
15. Prepare the monthly Report for the project. This report reflects the full view of the project status for certain cut-off date.
16. Prepare the Shop Drawing Log, Material Log, Procurement Log, and Request for Information log with the assistance of Project Engineers.
17. Assign dates for the logs items in coordination with the approved construction schedule.
18. Monitor the Submittals status for the project as well as for the Client. Identify the critical submittals and flag it to the concerned parties.
19. Develop the necessary recovery Schedules.
20. Prepare the required presentation for progress meetings, Client meetings, and special meetings.
21. Prepare the required time substantiation for the Extension of Time claims due to client changes, additional works, claims, and variation orders. Prepare the required submittal with all the justifications to the client for his approval of the Extension of Time claim.

CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
1. Oil Export Memorial, Ahmadi, I was responsible for the quality and management of works at site. The goal is to complete this prestigious project in the very tight time frame and with the quality that meet the occasion.
2. CA/0730 New Maintenance Building for the Services Contractor, I was responsible for the whole project. Develop the Plan for the Project. Prepare the Weekly Progress Curves, Schedules and Cost and Manpower Reports. Supervise the Site Work and Quality.
