▪    Defining, controlling, maintaining and monitoring accurately scope, schedules, cost baselines, and underpinning estimates at an appropriate level of detail and applying effective change management processes

▪       Ensuring the form, structure and frequency of Project Controls requirements is submitted with tenders and assuring subcontractors work to agreed T&Cs

▪       Identifying, maintaining and archiving the agreed methods of quantity tracking and earned value management

▪       Implementing performance monitoring, trending, analysis and ETC/EAC forecasting processes and providing periodic reports on performance and status issues in a timely manner

▪       Interfacing with internal and external customers as needed, including schedule integration of work activities within each area and providing financial assurance for actual, commitments and accruals.

▪       Ensuring the estimate/schedule incorporates risk mitigation activities, reflects total cost/schedule exposure and appropriate cost/time contingency from risk modelling, and overall alignment/communication to the Risk Management Programme
