A key member of the project team, bringing over 27 years’ experience in cost control, risk and schedule management of projects, ranging in value from ½ million to 3 billion. An integral part of a team with strong leadership skills to assist in overall project management of schedule, cost/estimating and risk within projects, thru the whole life cycle of a project, from concept to operation’s. Also providing experience in executive summary reporting for senior management, troubleshooting projects, critical path analysis, risk mitigation, project cost & revenue management. Additional responsibilities for staff development, procedure/best practice development of Project Controls as well as supporting Business Development/Proposals. Experienced in a range of projects from Bio-Tech, Pharma, Oil/Gas, Water and Industrial, on client, contract management and contractor teams, in Europe and Asian regions.
