Responsible to carry out Construction Planning and Controls work for bids and projects within overseas operation.

Key Accountabilities:
•     Reporting to Executive General Manager-Overseas Operation.
•Responsible for the Planning activities for designated bids and projects for all overseas projects.
•     Periodically review the implementation and effectiveness of the Project Execution Manual with
the General Manager and Regional QSE Manager.
•Prepare documentation and presentation material for prequalification, bids and projects.
•     Support the project managers with the preparation of project schedules and help kick start
the scheduling activities on the new projects.
•     Support the project managers with the implementation and setting up of systems and procedures
required for the successful execution of overseas Projects.
