Senior Planning Engineer – EPC

  • Development of detailed resource loaded schedules in conjunction with the project team Using Primavera P6.
  • Development of progress measurement systems and progress / productivity reporting (Dash-Board tool).
  • Co-ordination of schedule interface activities between clients and EPC contractors.
  • Provide regular forecasting of project schedule including key milestones.
  • Lead regular schedule review meetings with the project team, clients and subcontractors.

  • Represented the Company in dealing with the Client (KOC) on all project control matters.
  • Ensured that key KOC relationships are maintained at all levels within the project.
  • Provided a complete Project Control Service to the project, covering all cost, planning and document control for the Engineering Services, Materials Management, Subcontracting and Construction Services in accordance with Department Procedures and Work Practices.
