• Established project overall Level I & II project schedules for JGF – FEED phases in P6 and then created, updated and issued JGF project bulletin and project dashboard that includes Progress figures & S-curves.
• Prepared of internal and client weekly and monthly project status reports
• Reviewed of EPC contractor schedules and progress measuring systems.
• Reviewed the EPC Contractor's resource plans and execution methodology to ensure validity of schedules
