Russell Kenley is a highly experienced innovator, researcher, consultant, executive, and leader. Currently, Professor of Management at Swinburne University, he is also visiting Professor of Construction at Uniec NZ. Russell has held a number of senior positions in academia as well as being Director or CEO of several businesses. He specialises in leading edge innovations in the property and construction sector. His research seeks new approaches to the effective and efficient management of both the construction process and subsequent asset management of the built environment. He is the developer of the Location Based Management System: a revolution in the way we manage projects. He is also an advocate for the use of both location and service delivery in the management of infrastructure asset portfolios. He is creating new Critical Path Scheduling approaches using these important focii.
