Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Webcast:   Integrating Maximo and Primavera P6

We would be delighted if you could join us for a live webinar, introducing the Legare Professional package's ability to seamlessly integrate between Maximo and Primavera P6. Thursday 30th July 2015  10.00am - 11.00am  BST  11.00am - 12.00 CET Click here to register

Loading data into Primavera P6 is a time-consuming and expensive process - which typically involves typing the values in manually.  Substantially impacting on organisational efficiency and data accuracy, this task is frequently open to error and can be a considerable drain on planners' time.

Legare Professional transfers key project data bi-directionally between Maximo and Primavera P6. The tool is a simple to use, configurable and very effective application - giving you the ability to load key maintenance data and activities into your Primavera P6 schedules. The Legare Scheduler tool enables automatic data loading at user-defined times. The fact Legare uses the Primavera API, ensures data integrity and that all rules and security privileges are maintained. Webcast Agenda - A live demonstration of 'Legare Professional':

  • How Legare can be used for Maximo integration with P6
  • Live Demonstration of Legare in action (Maximo to Primavera P6)
  • Main features of Legare and the Maximo Connector
  • User defined configurations and mappings
  • Transfer and transform data
  • Overview of the Legare Scheduler tool
  • Case Studies
  • Question & Answer

Here's what else Legare can do:

  • Loads data from any source, e.g. SAP, Oracle, Maximo, Microsoft Project, JD Edwards Flat Files and Contractor Work Management Systems
  • Loads Activity Codes, Costs, Expenses, Resources, Roles, WBS, UDFs and Projects
  • Data Connectors include: XER, CSV, Oracle, Excel, Microsoft Project, Access, and MS SQL
  • Some of Legare's additional modules and functionality include: Forecasting, Automating Imports & Exports, and Dictionary Synchronization
