Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Guys,

I want to enter Total Quantity & productivity, & software need to calculate the manpower requirement based on the quantity & productivity, is there any way?

P6 is such great software,,, why they dont include this simple concept of Qunatity, procutivity, resource concept...it is the basic planning priniciples.... i think it is crazy software

If you use Spider Project this is SOP.

Not all activities are duration type such as the shipping of a product. Most are driven by the crew daily production, for these we use the Productivity type activity for which activity duration is calculated during scheduling depending upon the assignments, their productivity and their calendars among others.
