(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.
Hi planners
i have assigned two unit rates to my resources i.e Price / unit and Price / Unit 2.
When i am switching over from Price / Unit to Price / Unit 2; 1. The budgeted total cost of program is also changing. This is OK, as desired and understood. 2. But Planned Value cost and Earned value cost is unchanged .This is out of logic to me. Why module is using Price / Unit to calculate these items and why not Price / Unit 2 ? Please advise accordingly, may be i am missing something. Would appreciate your quick response Thankx in advance
