Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

dear all

how to filter the actiivtes which is scheduled only in the night shift.
i have taken the calendar as 24/7.
so now i have to assign the activites which is starting in the night shift to the night supervisor.
what is the parameter in the filter to be selected.

Hi Kumar,

 

If the night shift activities are clearly defined just create a calender as Night shift and assign that calender to the NS act.

then filter by calender. Its very simple.

Kumar,

It appears that you are working for a TA project..

Sometimes the scope is well defined for the night shift and at times the night shift just assist the day shift by completing the work in progres etc.

If it is the first case then there would be a code for night shift or night shift supervisor. Check it first...Thanks.
