Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

When you look at the reports section and the column ’report scope’ I have a drop down option to change the entry from Global to Current Project.

A colleague with the same access as me cannot. Is this something that can be turned on / off???

Thanks in advance

David,
The best way to check is this process.
First you need to logoff to Primavera then ask your colleague to logon using your Users Name and password. If the issue still the same then there is a problem with Primavera installed in his machine otherwise something wrong with the profile.

Hi Rodel

Yes he has global access. In fact when checking it looks as if he has the same Admin Superuser access as I do.

A strange one!!!

Thanks

David,
Can you check if he has a global access under User -> Global access Tab-> Global security Profile. He might not have global access privilege.
