Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Drive activity dates

Dear All,

Could you please help me on how to un-check all resources with drive activity dates at one time in resource assignment? I have tried to highlights all resources and try to un-check but it could not work. any other way to do this except one by one?

Two options:

1) If you go to the activity assignments module, you can put that checkbox into a column, uncheck the first one and use Edit/Fill Down (CNTRL-E) to populate the rest.

2) Run a Global Change with the Subject Area set to activity resource assignments to clear the checkbox.
