Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi everybody,

I have a little problem in assigning target to my update program When I assign previous update as a project baseline for many resoene I found all dates having Actual dates in baseline dose not appear in project baseline columns or P6 show Dates same as original baseline and sometimes same as Data_Date and
I’ve noticed all schedule percentage are wrong and calculated as per first assigned baseline!!!
In p3 everything was going Ok
Any one has answer and can help me???

Greetings

If I understand your problem correctly. check your Admin Preferences; Earned Value tab;
At the bottom of that screen (under the Earned Value calculation heading) is a drop down box with 3 options, I believe yours would be set to "Budgeted values with planned dates"?
If you change this to "Budgeted values with current dates" you should get the result you’re after.
