(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

good day again my friend , i wish to ask again some specific and nore challenging question regarding the use of primavera.
i am stuck on a stage where i want to find the difference between the variance at early start and the variance at early finish. all i need to know is how to perform column subtraction in primavera?

P3 manual is available with every primavera CD.

Initially it was there on ftp site, but seems it has been removed now.

I suggest you buy Paul Harris’ book on the subject. It is available from Amazon and very informative.
