Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

dear all
when some activities canceled in the project ...I input the pc%=100%..
but cost report which i generate in p3 will not reflect the real picture .
HOW WE CAN REFLECT REAL COST SITUATION IN P3?

Hi Forat,

I will not input pc% = 100% for an activity if it’s cancelled. I’d rather create a planning level for cancelled activities and apply it to activities i want to cancel. Then in the cost report format, I will add a selection criteria to exclude all cancelled acitivities. Hope this helps..Maybe someone else will have a better idea. Cheers..
