Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello all,
I normally create my lay-out in pdf format to share with my colleagues for discussion, but due to error in my Acrobat pdf creator, i tried - "preview picture" under File menu, where i can save my layout in .WMF format then insert to other application and serve same purpose as pdf.

However, i cannot change the layout to the paper size i prefer. Can anyone advise in this, Print set-up doesnt seem to work with this function.

Thanks in advance,

Cheers,

If you go into Print Preview, change the page size as if you were going to print the document, click OK then close the print preview window.

If you go into Preview Picture it should have changed to the size of the paper you selected in the Print Preview window.

Hope that makes sense and helps.

You can also try laying the picture out in Word and then resizing.

One other hiccup I have found is to go to the print preview screen set everything up and go back to the activities view then click on the print icon. This sometimes allows you to print where the print preview screen does not. Don’t know why other than it is a little "P3 thing". Worth a try as it has got me out of it before.

Cheers

i think the best way is to re-install acrobat or other PDF creater (e.g. cutepdf which is free or other vitual printer which can print a document to a bitmap file)
