Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we deliver the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi,
If you want to know what to export, use WK1 for export and edit accordingly. Try importing after that.
I will not recommend exporting and importing unless you have a lot of data to amend fast.
I have a excel utility that will extract data like export/import function.

Better use a wk1-File to export (can be extended for reimport)

In P3, select Tools/Project Utilities/Export. Then if you don’t want to use the existing export definition file, CLICK MODIFY.

In the Content Tab, select Export/Contents of List. Then choose the items you want to export such as, Act ID, Act Description, ES, EF, etc……..

In the Format Output Tab, Input filename and select file type. Note: the default file location is P3win/P3Out.

In the Selection Tab, provide selection criteria or leave it blank if you want to select all activities.

Finally, Click Run.

Then, in MS Excel open the exported file. Note: the default file location is P3win/P3Out.

Good luck and More Power!

Sunil;

Run the export utility in P3. It will take you through the process.
