In case you were unaware Pertmaster is recommended upgrade product to Monte Carlo. Pertmaster offers a vastly enhanced project risk management solution. Used to model both cost and schedule risk, Pertmaster integrates seamlessly with P3 and Primavera Enterprise products including P3e/c and IT Project Manager. Pertmaster can be used to determine both the chance of completing the project on time and to budget as well as determining key areas within a project that are “risk hot spots”. Through the use of reporting tools such as the Tornado Chart, project plans can be iteratively improved so as to reach a desired confidence level ensuring project success.
