Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Saving Layout/File in Adobe Acrobat

How to save our P3 schedule/Layout in Adobe Acrobat PDF format for easy printing at other PC /printer with no P3 software thank you.

If you have acrobat writer you can, in the print options chose the printer acrobat writer and than print normally and the system will ask you to fillin a file name. The system will print your planning to a file and you have a acrobat file.

Ahmed,

There is an easier way to do this. Just go to the print preview of your layout, right click and chose to save your layout as an image.
