Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi all,

I am setting up monthly mitigation meetings with our Subcontractor and was wondering if anyone had a typical agenda they use?

Our Subcontractor is very difficult so want to make sure im not missing anything that would come in handy

1. Assessment of previous mitigation plan (is this is 1st meeting there will not be any) did things work or not ? Waht was done right what could be improved.

2. Current Overall status of the Project.

3. Any impediments such as lack of Design, lack of Access, Late Material delivery, Shortage of Manpower, submittals, RFI's or change notices that are hot and have a potential to hold up work.

4. Review of the Current Critical Path and Next weeks path.

5. Areas that require special attention or that are behind schedule.

6. Key Contractors who will be responsible for the mitigation.

7. Summary plan for mitigation  ie. working longer hours, working more days, more manpower or different logic and or sequence.

8. Set meeting time and date for deep dive of mitigation plan (approx 1 week from this meeting).
