Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

A contact recently told me that he would be interested in attending training sessions that I present.

So this is a market test to see if there is sufficient interest out there.

The prospectus would be:

Location: Premier Inn Meeting Rooms around the UK and Ireland.

Time: 10am to 16pm weekdays. (or weekends if that is preferable)

Topics would include: 1. Why delay analysis methods fail 2. Delay analysis methods that work. 3. How to present a winning adjudication. 4. How to calculate disruption. 5. Concurrency.

Size - Minimum 10 delegates per venue.

Fully worked examples and printed material.

Price £250.00 plus vat including refreshments and buffet lunch.

Please send a private message if you are genuinely interested or comment if you have other topics that you would like to see covered.
