Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

It will be grateful if you could answer these
1- How will you prepare Manpower Histogram for Multimillion Projects?
Do you have any standard formats for determining manpower productivity (eg: slab form work= 6 sq.m /day/ carpenter- My company standard).

Pls send me any templates for preparing manpower histograms.

2- How will you prepare S Curve in Primavera ? or is there any tools available to prepare Planned % vs. Actual % Complete in Primavera.?

Hope to see your reply soon.

Hi Asif To prepare your S curve, have a look at Project Tracker. It can create your curve straight from P6 without the need to allocate cost or resource. You can download a free trial and see what it can do for you at www.willmer.co.uk or email me at chris.rymer@willmer.co.uk for more information
