Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Moderators and others are being brought to our kind notice from time to time that Planning Planet will be modified shortly but no specified peiord is mentioned so far .

Can Planning Planet Team tell us how much time they require to update this site and whenever we enter upon a new Planning Site with its modified version.

This site become more beneficial for each major construction industry if man-hours are categorized in following heads:

a) Standard Man-hours
b) Man-hours with respect to Oil and Gas
c) Man-hours related to Rail Engineering

Hi!
This is PK here.
The planning website - Members data File section.
There is no item as OIL and GAS in the drop down list for Primary and Current Industries. The nearing option is Petro- Chemical which has close proximity to Oil refineries and petrochemicals, but it is bit far away from Oil exploration and facility development.
Hope it should be updated.

I mean to say that it has been read in "Improving Planning Planet WeB Site" Section that Different Sections are in process of modifications such as PPID, Manhour rates, Criteria for most Valuable Planners and Download Section etc and soon this Web Site will come into most benefitial shape from Plannint point of view.

Our best wishes are with the Planning Planet Team to complete this job at earliest and request to all Planning Planet Member to share their valuable time and efforts with Planning Team to make this Site more effective.

Hello,

Things do change slowely at the moment on the PP site because much of the development work is done by one person. We do not have many volunteers helping with the site at present, except of course, for the great work being done by the forum moderators that is.

Can you explain your point a little more?
