Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi every body,

I am looking for PMC contract sample that some of you had made and/or that can be posted.
Indeed, my Company is involved for the first time of his life to a PMC contract.

If anybody thinks that he can help me in carrying out this contract, I will be very gratefull for any suggestion or file posted.

You are from France.

PMC contract follow FIDIC white book.

This is the internationally recognize contract for Project Management Consultancy Services.

YOu can search in google for FIDIC, and inquire when you are in the FIDIC site or .com

The white book is only a template or a reference contract, you still need to create a special conditions, form of agreement

in similar manner like contruction contract that follows the FIDIC red book.
