Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi,

I am only fimiliar with JCT Form of Contarct in UK.

I just wonder among all our valuable contributors could we sort only let me know what otehr contract are in use & their merits or demerits.

To assist this discussion, compare it with JCT Form of Contract & enlighten me on (A) UK & (B)International

Lets look:
1)What others form of contracts are in use (Apply to(A) & (B))?
2)In what circumstances is it used?
3)What are their merist & demerits?
4)What are their contract documents & priority?
5)Form a Planning point of view, which one have the advantages?
6)From a Claim pointof view, which one favour who & why?
7)Open for any others suggestions...
