Prepared 5 yr projections for in house contractor assignment. This included preliminary estimating.
Mentor and managed 7 junior schedulers. Trained on planning philosophy and utilization of software.
Overseen and report progress on all Major Projects being performed. 240m budgeted yearly.
Import contractor schedule into the capital project master schedule.
Maintain and review all schedules to ensure no entries in the schedule corrupt any graphic reporting.
