1) Planning and preparing projects' schedules using Primavera P3 software.2) Developed micro schedules to accurately track the balance work 3) Applied Fast Tracking & crashing on the schedules to deliver the project to end user4) Co-ordinating with Site Engineer / Sub contractor to give the REALISTIC SCHEDULE for executing the work within the stipulated time of the project.5) Safe custody of documents in site office.6) Liaise with Project Engineer/Manager in charge of execution of works in the respective sites.7) Observed On-site problems and made the way forward to resolve. 8) Conducted site meetings and prepared minutes of meeting.9) Calculating the necessary resources (man, material & machinery) required for the   project work.10) Issue targets to the subcontractors and team members and measure the progress against them.
