Monitor, update, analyze and report project progress and forecast to client, top and site management using various analyzing tools such as critical path method, milestone trend analysis and s-curves. Prepare specific schedules for procurement, construction (civil, mechanical and electrical) and testing and commissioning. Coordinate construction and commissioning activities regarding project terminal points with consortium partner and subcontractors; evaluate project progress. Identify potential project delays and risks as well as opportunities; establish mitigation measures and corrective actions. Analyze project schedule variances for claim management. The project is scheduled in Primavera P3 and the project schedule contains 6000 activities.
