Project:OMV PETROM SA - PETROBRAZI – DAV2 Unit Revamping Project • Str. Tradafirilor 65– 107084 Jud. Prahova • Romania – engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCm) for the revamp of an atmospheric/vacuum distillation unit implemented at the Petrobrazi Refinery in Ploiesti.

 Activities:Build-up and control of level 4 P6 schedule bar chart defining philosophy of construction and pointing out critical  paths for each single project stage (pre-shutdown, shutdown, post-shutdown activities). Design of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) matrix according to the contract scope within the main disciplines and items.Weekly & Monthly construction report execution, S-curves and forecast chart execution. Crosscheck and evaluation of subcontractor’s performance in terms of quantities/time compared to baseline schedule. Resource levelling and deployment analysis in compliance with scope of work.
