/ Organize the EPC planning function & maintain relevant planning and reporting procedures.

2/ Coordinate schedules from system suppliers and sub-contractors to produce an overall schedule with all project milestones included. This includes from all CoE at Nailsea (UK), Aberdeen (UK), Oslo (Norway), Houston (USA), and Singapore.

3/ Define and maintain a system for progress / cost calculation for Client & Subcontractors reporting purposes and perform audits on System Suppliers / sub-contractors planning and progress reporting system.

4/ Identify and Control all the critical items related to project milestones for Level 2 and onwards.

5/ Evaluate schedule effects of VOR/VO and monitor their implementation in current project schedule   and give input to monthly reports. Coordinates change control system for the project’s phases out-country works, local contracts. Includes;  Review of Contractors, progress claims, validates invoices.
