  • Conduct the project time schedule for proposal being submitted to our top management for approval
  • Generate planning reports at various stages of the project starting from concept up to project close
  • Manage the provision of the following achievement:
  • Monitor and control ongoing projects accomplishment in accordance to target budget and time schedule
  • Responsible for all quality control works aspect of the whole project
  • Controlling scope changes directly, deals & responding to risk which occur in the said on-going projects to prevent any delays
  • Supports the management and participates in strategic planning and budgeting discussions and formulates implementation plans by providing data and analyses as required
  • All planning deliverable were approached to satisfactory good competency level, however, this was improved by focusing on the upgrade of the following:
  • Proper time management (Reasonable assignment duration, Manpower & Resources, Costs and the relation ships)
  • Researches, Validates and analyzes of internal and external data and factors
  • Motivate the team to do its best and getting support, resources by presenting accurate and timely information
  • Responsible for Corrective action to evaluating options
  • Keep the working team with highest levels of productivity, quality, values and attitudes of responsibility and positive competency. Improve team ability of communication, coordination and interaction with work challenges. Creation of standard templates and modeling target quality system for various repeated tasks in order to maintain fast, accurate execution
  • Dealing with multi construction systems:
  • Cast in- situe concrete.
  • Precast systems (Sweden beam systems, double T-slabs, hollow core, pre-tension elements and precast cladding)
  • Steel structure: portal frame structure.
  • Façades cladding: Aluminum, structural glazing and panels.
  • Responsible for the execution of electro mechanical works such as: power, lighting, low current, A/C, fire fighting, plumbing, BMS … etc.
