Responsibilities

Set the contract key dates schedule from the interfaces within this schedule providing the project with the list of plans required to execute the project and the hierarchy of those plans.

Develop and police the planning and progress monitoring procedures so each element of the project performs the processes consistently.

Prepare resource plans for the overall and individual project phases, identifying any excessive peak numbers and making recommendations for peak leveling.

Conduct critical path and schedule risk analyses of the networks, supporting the schedules and advising project management of deficiencies in logic, inconsistencies and discrepancies, and recommending mitigating actions.

Assess the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and ‘What if?’ scenarios to aid project management decision-making.

Responsible for internal company’s department planning for the insurance of the proper execution of the project.

Verify that the contractors’ reported progress is correct and accurately reflected in the project’s integrated plan.

Budgeting and cost control.

 

Apply probabilistic techniques to determine and communicate the possible range of schedule completion dates for the project. This will include tracking schedule risk mitigation efforts, the criticality of the main paths to completion, float consumption and the release of the 50/50 schedule contingency.

Monitor site obstructions and problems, and coordinating with the different department for problem solving.

Holding monthly meetings with the project managers and company’s department managers for insurance of proper execution of Project relative to time and cost.

Read process diagrams (Piping & Instrumentation, Flow Diagrams), drawings and other design documentation, and have a good understanding of the construction process so that scope and technical changes can be accurately converted into the integrated plan.

Materials Follow-up: Following up material requisitions via the computerized system.

Preparation and issue of necessary reports (weekly& monthly) to Client.

 

Responsible for SAP implementation over Asec Group.
