My experiences are in high rise and large scale(mega projects) , fast track projects ,design and build projects in KSA, UAE, including High rise Residential , Offices &Retails ,Airports , Sports Facilities and Monorail Systems .

•I have an extensive experience in Time Management thru : preparing, updating and reviewing Master Schedules, managing subcontractors programmes, Monitor the performance of project as well as all stake holders involved in ,Manage, administer, coordinate and follow up all the activities of all the project parties in accordance with the project program in order to complete the project in time and Study and recommend to the employer in a timely manner, in relation to claims and variations requests submitted by the contractor under the contract.

•I have an extensive experience in Cost Management thru :Revise and monitor the cost control services provided by the quantity surveyor which are related to the project budgets, estimates, cost plans, cost comparisons, cash flow forecasts and cost reports prepared by the quantity surveyor ,Assist the quantity surveyor as requested in the preparation of budgets, estimates, cost plans ,Review all invoices submitted by contractors, suppliers and make recommendations to the employer for payment purposes and Determine the value of the works at the date of termination, in the event of contract termination.

•I have an extensive experience in Contracts Management thru having a solid Knowledge in FIDIC conditions and Powerful skill’s in subcontracting processes, competent experience in preparation & presentation of extension of time EOT claims to clients or validation & preempt of EOT claims from contractors/subcontractors in accordance to the documents and the conditions of the contracts. Beside to, the accurate drafting of contracts enables our client to avoid consequent risks as well as contractual letters composing to clients, contractors, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to protect the rights of the company in order to avoid any future consequences.

•I have Extensive experience in mitigation and recovery strategies for all construction techniques and methodologies. Including Risk Plans and Execution Plans preparation.
