Current Role

• Manage the project within the contract condition and limited to approved budget and planned schedule
• Supervise site's tasks and evaluate the result of each phase
• Monitor and control the materials & adequate resources available for the work in accordance to planned schedule
• Adhere with the project management techniques, methodology and tools.
• Control and manage the whole project by dividing the main deliverables to smaller manageable activities by using Work Breakdown Structure "WBS"
• Execute and track the activities with maintain the performance of other trades to suit customer satisfaction

"          One of the ways is Critical Path Method CPM".

• Communicate with all stakeholders vertically and horizontally to ease the work.
• Coordinate with upper management and liner management to obtain approval to accomplish.
• Prepare the required sketches to shown the vision of the project by using sketch up 3D and 4D.
• Report the project status shown the schedule, budget index factor ~PI , CPI ) and analyses to rectify the problems in ahead by using "Risk Management"
• Follow the company's procedure or create one for organize the project "Organization Skills"
• Create technical specification and method statement for all the stuff apply on the project
• Monitoring sub-contractor performance & actual progress against the project schedules Maintaining cost & time control of the projects.
