During Tender Stage:

  • Establish programme strategies/method of construction
  • Prepare & analyze tender programme.
  • Estimate man power and plant & machinery requirements
  • Estimate formwork / scaffolding requirement
  • Participate in final settlement meetings to put together a competitive tender

During Construction Stage:

  • Manage a team of 5 Planning Engineers and 5 Performance Measuring Engineers
  • Produce a project preliminary programme & preliminary project control measures
  • Prepare programme management & performance management procedures
  • Develop contract programme (20,000 activities) and agree critical paths with PMC
  • Develop & publish construction Information release requirement schedule
  • Nominated / Domestic supplier and subcontractor procurement schedule
  • Provide concise schedule and planning requirements for inclusion in bid packages
  • Evaluate responses to the same from bidders
  • Review project performance internally with the project team
  • Prepare & submit Fortnightly /Monthly Progress Reports to the PMC
  • Attend progress review meetings with the PMC
  • Monitor sub-contractors’ progress, provide exception and recommend actions
  • Record Employer’s delays, prepare and submit time
