Description:  60 story mixed use towers incorporating 5 star hotel, commercial/office, residential, branded apartments and penthouses, recreational/community floors, retail space, conventional/automated car park and a providing a total area of some 1.6 million square feet Gross Floor Area (GFA 148,000 square meters) of accommodation; and a total Built-up Area of 3.2 million square feet (BUA 296,000 square meters).

The Langham, Palm Jumeirah – Five Stars Hotel

 

Description:  The project involves construction of a 5 star hotel comprising a basement level, a ground floor and 7 additional floors offering 323 rooms equipped with the latest amenities, all with a sea view and direct access to a private beach Located on the Crescent of The Palm Jumeirah. The hotel consists of two wings inter-connected with Sky Bridge and serviced with a Robotic Parking. The external works include Landscape, Water Feature, Swimming Pools, Kids Pool, Seafood Restaurant, Ramp to Main Entrance at third level and Boundary Walls.

Duties

×  Develop, monitor and update Project Master Schedule

×  Develop and maintain Project Specific Programmes, Work Plans,  

 Procedures and Methodologies.

×  Develop and maintain Project WBS

×  Develop and maintain Project Management Plan (PMP) including

      Communications Procedure  & Change Control Procedures

×  Develop and maintain Project WBS

×  Value & Risk Analysis/Management

×  Prepare delay analysis reports for all EOT claims

×  Manage packages of employer direct contractors

×  Prepare Project Controls guidelines for procurement of consultants and contractors 

×  Prepare and submit Monthly Reports to the Employer

×  Develop and maintain project information system including   

      information accumulating and reports

×  Prepare variance reports in reference to time and cost

×  Review the Consultants/Sub-Consultants design Schedules/Reports

×  Review the Main Contractor/Sub-contractors Schedules/Reports
