 Colin is an experienced planning specialist with a broad range of experience across a variety of sectors, and provides both strategic and detailed planning services within project and Programme Management environments. Combined with a background in contracting, Colin’s many years with Sweett Group provides him with the understanding of the key drivers for all the principal members of the development team. Working in both private and public sectors, he has detailed understanding of the various procurement routes, design and development stages. He also has extensive experience in the planning of the operational and benefits realisation stage of projects.
