  • Working in the central Planning for the whole Line1 & Line 2 (38 stations, 5 park & ride, 7 bridges, tunnels, cut & cover, NATM tunnel)
  • Inform and Guide all Project Managers to deliver all project activities within time & budget
  • Liaise with internal and external customer stakeholders to identify and proactively manage changes to the Projects within the scope
  • Conduct Progress weekly meeting and workshops with Project managers to resolve critical issues pertaining to Design, Permits, Procurement, manpower, machinery and construction
  • Prepare a detailed planning using Primavera P6 Ver6.3
  • Maintain the Schedule quality using Acumen fuse and informing the delivery planners regarding the changes made and validation
  • Working, with the support of the Project Management Office, provide a single point of contact for monitoring, tracking and reporting the status of the projects
  • Follow up progress status, updates and productivity through daily reports
  • Lead, coach, mentor, motivate and supervise 15 Project planners in developing good PM practice
  • Weekly & Monthly report and Overall Schedule update analysis for the client, Consultants & Management
  • Provide information to enable decisions to be taken on project. Identify and manage internal and external dependencies and Critical path for Line 1 (52 & 60 month) & Line 2 (48 & 60 month)
  • Resource and cost loading of the programme

  • Document control management using Aconex and KPIs

  • Reporting to the construction management and teams regarding the onsite productivity versus the planned production rate
  • Reporting to the procurement department regarding the dates for procurement of Items
  • Administrative work of P6, giving access rights (Read, write)
  • Maintaining the P6 Database 31,32,33
  • Change notice using P6 for time impact
  • Maintain EPS, OBS structure and creating New user in P6
  • Guide the planners in logic sequencing and integration of EPPR (Design software) into P6
  • Seamless integration of E, P & C as well as sub-contractor and systems programme.
