Project Planner for Warings Contractors Ltd on a £60m PFI scheme for the provision of 12 new care homes for the West Sussex County Council. This involves detailing the programme to the site teams and giving a more general review to the company directors. With as many as six live projects at once it is important to allow time for each site but at the same time prioritising the ones counting down to handover. There is also a significant amount of tendering work to go along side the site work. I am also the champion for developing the use of the Asta Site Progress software for the Warings company and running it as an experiment to see if it is beneficial to the Planning Department in reality.
