1.Senior Planning Engineer. PARADIP Refinery Project. Located in Reading UK.
Working as Core Team Construction Planner involved in the high level scheduling of construction activities for early works and start-up & commissioning. Monitoring the project teams schedules. Providing input for weekly and monthly reports. Reviewing engineering documents. Interfacing with engineering departments. Using Primavera P6.2 primarily. (June 2009 to December 2009).
2.SASOL FT Wax Expansion Project, working in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Lead Planning Engineer. Assigned to the FWSA Midrand office to run the basic engineering schedule and prepare the EPCm schedule for multiple work pack project using MS Project (Client requirement). Developing planning and scheduling procedures, directly interfacing with the client’s lead planning engineer. (October 2008 to May 2009).
3.Lead Planning Engineer. Support and planning assistance on creation of Level 2 and Level 3 schedules for Karan Project. (August/September 2008).
4.Singapore Parallel Train, Singapore
Lead Planning Engineer. Assigned to the Functional Support team in UK for project based In Singapore, providing planning and scheduling support to EPC contractors project management teams. Working with client project management formulating high level schedules reflecting the links between interconnects, turnarounds and commissioning interfaces schedules and procedures. (April 2008 to August 2008).
5.Borouge Ethylene Plant, EU2 Project, Abu Dhabi.
Lead Planning Engineer. Assigned to Integrated Project Management Team in Munich, Germany. Reviewing EPC contractors project management procedures. Reviewing EPC contractors schedules. Monitoring and reporting on EPC contractors progress, efficiency and performance. Creating detailed schedules (Primavera P3 ver 3.1) and reports for use by IPMT and client. (January 2007 to March 2008).
6.Gassi-Touil LNG Project, Tunisia
Lead Planning Engineer – Assigned to Project Management Team in Houston, Texas, USA. Reviewing, monitoring and reporting on EPC contractors (KBR) schedules(P3ec). Carrying out comparisons between contractor’s schedule and company’s reference schedule. Carrying out a schedule risk assessment. Reviewing progress measurement and control procedures. (September 2006 to December 2006).
7.Senior Planning Engineer – Planning activities related to FEED study for SAS ADCO Full Field Development. (August 2006 to Sept 2006).
8.SHARQ 3rd Expansion Project Polyethylene Plant, Jubail, Saudi Arabia Project Controls Manager – Assigned to Project Management Team in Dresden, Germany. Reviewing and monitoring EPC contractors procedures, schedules and reports. Progress payment and reimbursable invoices verification. Maintaining records of progress payment and reimbursable invoices. Maintaining records of contract change handling documents. (Sept 2005 – July 2006).
9.Rabigh Project, Saudi Arabia
Lead Planning Engineer – Assigned to Project Management Team in Madrid, Spain monitoring and reporting EPC contractor activities on a refinery project to be built in Saudi Arabia. Position cancelled. (July – August 2005).
10.Lead Planning Engineer – Creating and modifying proposal schedules using Primavera P3e/c and Primavera P3 ver. 3.1 while waiting for assignment to an overseas project. (May – June 2005).
