June, 1996 Sep 95 - June 96 Working on the Lindsey Oil Refinery (LOR) 1996 Revamp reporting to the Engineering Manager for Front End Engineering & Design and Procurement, and the Construction Manager for Shut Down Activities.
Development of engineering progress monitoring network utilising Open Plan (5.1) for civil, structural, mechanical, vessel, piping, electrical and instrumentation disciplines.
Developed Shut down Construction logic network covering the removal and replacement of the Reactor and Regenerator heads and internals with replacements of new parts.
Feb 95 - Aug 95 Working on the Statoil 1995 Major Shut Down Project at Mongstad Refinery in Norway reporting to the Construction Manager & Area Superintendent.
Development of Level III Computerised Precedence Network Logic (Open Plan 5.1) and development of pre shut down plan & shut down job cards.
Liaison with Statoil Operations Department in developing detailed timings of critical items (such as the FCCU Regenerator and Reactor) and Statoils Safety Department in Job Safety Analysis Meetings. Outputs included level II/III bar charts; logic diagrams, progress curves, histograms and level IV job cards.
