Working on Courtaulds Fibres Tencel SL3 Development Plant at Grimsby, Lincolnshire. Responsible to the Site Manager for co-ordinating the planning and progressing of some twenty five sub contractors of all disciplines.
Contractors range through all disciplines from civil, building, steelwork and building finishes to mechanical, piping, painting, insulation, electrical and instrumentation.
Responsible for developing completion strategies to co-ordinate commissioning requirements in the latter stages, by taking marked up P&ID drawings and developing system requirements to plot plans and general arrangements.
Developed a spreadsheet to cover the project manning and progress curves.
